"Agent's Choice" of Commission Plans

Traditional Plan

• You receive 75% of the total commission with NO monthly fee.
• This plan is best for agents who have less than 12 transactions a year or who prefer the comfort level of a traditional split.

Transaction Plan

• You pay a $295/month Business Lease Fee plus ...
• $295 is paid out of each closing (even if it is 2-sided) and you keep 100% of the remaining commission!
• This plan is best for agents who are doing 12 to 24 transactions annually. 

100% Plan

• You pay a flat $795/month Business Lease Fee  and you keep 100% of all your commissions checks!
• This plan is best for agents doing over 24 transactions annually.

Agents have the option to change their plan at any time once a year. In all plans we provide you with everything you need to get started:  "Free" signs, business cards and announcements sent by our office to your contact list. Plus receive one year free use of "Executive Access" (an internet based marketing and contact management program), no cost for forms or copier use and no "extra" company administrative fee charged to clients.
